Bathroom details
The ground floor bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with air conditioning, double wardrobes and patio doors leading directly to the pool area; and a twin bedroom with air conditioning, double wardrobes and patio doors leading to the side terrace. These two bedrooms share a shower room with a smart hydro-massage shower.
Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa which is reached via a grand wooden staircase. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, double wardrobes and a suite bathroom. Bedroom four is a double room with air conditioning, double wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom five is the master bedroom which is complete with a television, two private terraces, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe and dressing area and a superb en suite bathroom that has both a Jacuzzi bath and a hydro-massage shower. There is a digital safety deposit box in the master bedroom.

Living Areas
The ground floor consists of a guest cloakroom, utility room, kitchen, open plan living/ dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances consist of a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric hobs, two ovens, extractor fan, two microwaves, juicer, kettle, toaster and two fridges with freezer compartments. There is also a television. The kitchen offers a breakfast table and chairs, or alternatively double patio doors lead to the covered terrace outside where is also a dining table and chairs. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The living/ dining room, recently refurbished, is a delightfully spacious split level room with air conditioning. The dining table and chairs stand on the raised level of the room and then down two steps is the lounge with is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and features a flat screen television with DVD player and satellite channels. Double patio doors take you directly to the villa’s pool area.
On the lower level of the villa is a spacious games room with a table tennis table, chess and card tables, a television with DVD player and satellite channels.
