Holiday apartment ( separate entrance ) for 2 Persons *( + 1 child ) on the upper floor of a private villa in the picturesque Algarve coast. The villa is situated in an exclusive and spacious villa complex, away from thoroughfare and tourist bustle and hustle, yet conveniently located to several (best )beaches around , shopping possibilities and tourist life like restaurants, bars, etc.
The totally independent apartment consist of living room with satellite TV, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and a 40 sqm. terrace with magnificent panorama view. It has a direct access to the 5m x 10m swimming pool. Beddings, bath towels and dish towels are provided. All you have to bring are beach towels.

Low season: 280 Euros per week
Mid season: 390 Euros per week
High season: 490 Euros per week
Peak season: 580 Euros per week
For each extra person ( 3. Person ) there is a charge of €10 per night.

• Final cleaning fee
• Essential supplies for your stay: coffee, English tea, sugar, cooking oil, olive oil and wine vinegar for salads, salt/pepper/herbs/spices, washing up liquid, aluminum foil, kitchen towels, toilet rolls, liquid soap and etc.
• Free use of Internet: WiFi or printer
For bookings of 1 week or less, there is a €35 final cleaning fee.
