It has air con (payable by renter with electricity locally). There is a good size pool with sunloungers. All set in tropical gardens and mosaic pebble pathways. It is situated approx. a 10 minute walk to Bodrum Marina though there is a supermarket just down the road and everything you could need closer than the marina. A taxi service calls outside the complex and the local buses are also very close. The complex is more suited to couples 30 plus looking for either a relaxing holiday or comfortable environment to explore the area. The complex is a short bus ride (8 mins approx) to Gumbet. Do remember the buses out there run extremely frequently (not like UK) and 24 hours in season. We require a booking deposit of £150 (non refundable)taken off your final payment 6 weeks before departure.There is £180 itinary deposit required, returnable immediately after your holiday. This is a beautiful spot to stay. Minimum stay 5 days. Please note the apartment is not suitable for young children or disabled or young groups - sorry.
