This Ayia napa holiday house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed sleeping up to 6 persons. Ideal for a family vacation in a quiet area, but close enough to walk to all the action and beach. As you enter the villa there is a lounge with plenty of seating, sofa bed for 2 persons, TV DVD satellite tv with some english channels. Air con is included. Patio doors go out to a small patio at front of house. At the rear of the property is a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine. Upstairs are a twin and double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and air con. There is a small balcony off each bedroom. Linen and bath towels provided but please bring own pool towels. There is a family bathroom with over bath shower, and a separate wc downstairs. Relax around the communal pool, or there is a baby pool for the children. Communal sun loungers are aslo available around the pool. At the rear of the house, through patio doors you will find the owner has provided 4 sun loungers for your use, parasol, and table and chairs for 6. There is a BBQ and outdoor sink / pool shower. The courtyard / patio is on 2 levels, and there are some lovely plants along side the drive way. Parking on drive with gates. The communal pool is a mere 15 metres away from the house. Please check in 3pm, vacate by 11am Local management company on hand and details provided in house. Security deposit of 250 required incase of damages. We regret no all male/female groups. Many establishments in the Famagusta area closed for the winter, from end of Oct - April, however all our properties are available for winter lets, should you be interested. Cyprus is the island of love, with many weddings taking place all over the island. The Adams beach hotel is a 10 min walk away so this development is ideal for wedding families to stay close by. There are many cultural places to visit, many of them in paphos- Aphrodites rock, Kourion ampitheatre, Aphrodite baths, monasteries in the Troodos mountains. Ayia napa is full of entertainment for young and old alike. Once reputed for clubbers and young people, its reputation is now geared towards families too. Spend an evening in a bar in the square people watching, try a meze in one of the local tavernas, [ but leave plenty of room for the 20 odd dishes that just keep coming! ] for the daring try the sling shot or bunjee jump on Nissi beach. Or while away the hours on one of the many boat trips which leave the harbour daily, up to the sea caves or Famagusta ghost town. Between nearby Protaras and Ayia napa, there is something for everyone, and action packed if you want it. Ayia napa beaches have many water sports, white sand, and turquoise sea. The large water park is within a 3 min drive, and go carts next door to the water park. Great days out. Visit Cape Greko for its outstanding beauty, nature walks and park, and admire the views from the top. Paralimni is the nearest town, where you will find hyper supermarkets, banks and shops, and this can be reached by bus or taxi, both of which are readily available. The bus stop is close to this house.
