Our self catering gite just 5 minutes from Bourganeuf town centre in the beautiful Limousin region of France with swimming pool and a lake to sit and read or relax. For up to 6 persons we offer 3 bedrooms, separate lounge, kitchen/Diner plus a large bathroom with bath, large walk-in shower and WC, 2 bedrooms have double beds and 1 with two single beds. The kitchen/Diner is equipped with all the necessary items for self catering including a pine table and chairs, full size fridge, cooker, and microwave. A washing machine is provided in the utility room for guests to use along with all BBQ equipment. In the lounge you will find comfortable seating and a TV with English freeview channels & DVD player. For 8 persons we offer in addition to the above, an extra double bedroom with tv (french channels) and an additional toilet/shower room. Outside the shared swimming pool is available for guests to enjoy with a table, chairs and sun beds at your disposal. The pool is 9x4m and 1.4m deep and has a security gate. Guests can enjoy the lake area as a quiet place to sit and read and relax. You will find plenty of seating area around the lake and a covered barbeque area and BBQ is supplied for outdoor dining, in a beautiful setting. We can also provide a travel cot and a chair for a baby to sit at the table at no extra charge. All linen & towels (not pool towels) are included. Please note: We do not allow smoking inside the gite at any times, smokers are requested to use the smoking area to the side of the house. No Pets allowed.
