The living room at the Ground floor leads to a 500m2 garden with a large porch. The "Señora Vale" wine tasting room is at a side of the garden and the multi-purpose room at another side used for bedding and massages.

The open plan dining-living-room of the Ground Floor opens its door to the Garden and receives the light coming from the large window of the inner patio. The rumour of the Nazari style fountain can be heard. The breakfast trolley is at the end, nearby the Pink room.

The open plan kitchen-dining-room of the Ground Floor is provided with oven, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, extractor hood, and refrigerator.
Everything can be found in the cupboard: plate sets; water glasses; different type of tasses; pans; saucepans; casserole pots; cutlery; utensils (skimming ladle, hand blender, two Italian coffee makers, colanders, grater, chopping board, and others); trays; milk and water jugs; bowls; and others.
There is also a food blender, a toaster, and an expresso coffee maker. You also find vinegar, and salt.
