The apartment comprises two bedrooms: bedroom one is double with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and bedroom two has twin beds. Both bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment and are fitted with shutters. They are both fitted with central heating/air conditioning but fans are also provided. There are double wardrobes with plenty of hangers and a hairdryer is included. The bedding has been updated this year and is all new and modern. Plenty of towels are included for use inside the apartment, and more can be provided upon request. The showers are very powerful and the boiler provides plenty of hot water. There is a well equipped fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The lounge diner has a dining table with six chairs and two leather sofas for your comfort. There is satellite television, Playstation 2 and DVD player. There is a terrace to the front, with dining table and four chairs, overlooking the swimming pools and gardens and a small private garden with barbecue, to the rear. The apartment complex is close to shops and a variety of restaurants, bars and golf courses. The Spanish village of Cancelada is within walking distance. It has a secure gated entrance and underground garage with secure parking. Estepona is 5 minutes away by car and this bustling seaside town offers an amazing beach with all the facilities you could require, including playa de Cristo - a child friendly bay with all the amenities. Take a meal in one of the Beach restaurants ‘chiringuitos’ which specialise in freshly caught fish then some shopping in the many shops on the sea front. You will also find night life, bars and many types of cuisine in this lively town. Puerto Duquessa is a great place to visit and offers a good range of restaurants and gives a real taste of Spanish living. Puerto Banus and Marbella within 15 mins drive both offering nightlife, bars, shopping, large Saturday market and a port. The Costa Del Sol has something for everyone, beaches, mountains, hiking, theme parks, night life, various cuisine, history, culture, numerous street markets and plenty of Golf. Great for a romantic break, an activity holiday – you can be as active or as relaxed as you wish. Please enquire with the owner if facilities are required which are not listed, we will try to help. We will provide items such as cots and high chairs for babies upon request. Whilst the apartment is non smoking, ashtrays are provided for use on the terrace or in the garden. If wheelchair access is required, a risk assessment will be undertaken before a booking is confirmed. A generous welcome pack is included within the price so late arrivals will always have refreshments upon arrival at the apartment. These packs are tailor made for each individual party.
