Absolutely independent TOP PENTHOUSE level of the 2 storeys villa with private large swimming poo with the separate outdoors shower and toilet , sea views, mountain views, terraces all around the penthouse, outdoors dining area, gas BBQ, luxurious bedding and fluffy towels, pool towels provided. The owners (quiet family of 3) will be on the lower level, and you will not see or hear us. Absolutely independent access to the Penthouse and all the pool area will be at your sole disposal.We have 2 adorable golden retrievers, you won't hear or see them either ( unless if you or the kids want a cuddle)We are a very friendly family and happy provide you with all the information about the best restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions etc. We speak English, German, Spanish, French, Russian and Japanese.

Massive villa separated into 2 independent apartments.
We are renting out the Top Penthouse Apartment, consisting of huge living area with a pool table, very big kitchen with all utensils provided (fridge, oven, cooker) and 2 bedrooms. All surrounded by 3 extensive terraces.
Sea views and mountain views.
Private 25m swimming pool, sunbeds, mattresses, towels, outdoors furniture, including dining table, gas BBQ and dining area.
We will be staying downstairs, but villa is built in such way that you will not notice our presence and will be completely independent.
Quite a few staircases leading to your Penthouse level, and down to the pool. Parking space, inside and outside, table tennis
Bedrooms details
Master bedroom is very large and has a super king bed, spacious wardrobes, sea view, ensuite with a bathtub and a shower over it. Luxurious Bedding and fluffy towels of 5 star hotel provided. Grand terrace, enough to fit more than 4 sunbeds.
Second bedroom is a very large twin, also ensuite with a shower, large wardrobes, and a terrace, connected with the living room
