We offer all the comforts of home with all the pleasures of being away! We are the owners, and live in the community to maintain our home, and to be of any assistance to our guests.
Our beautiful, fully furnished 3 bed home, has a private pool, overlooking a natural preserve.
It is located in a community called Indian Ridge Oaks, just 4 miles to Disneyworld, and centrally located to all Florida has to offer.

Bathroom details
There are two full bathes. One off the master bedroom, and the other adjacent to the two guest bedrooms.
Both have shower and tub. The second bathe, also has pool door.
Bedrooms details
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, with an insuite bathe. The bathe has a full tub, and separate shower stall. There is also a very large closet.
The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, adjoining a 2nd bathe.
The 3rd bedroom is fashioned in a Mickey
Living Areas
The home has a great room located in the middle of the home for those gatherings. It has a sectional sofa, tv, vcr, and radio. We also supply ample vcr tapes and books for your leisure.
Kitchen
Our eat in kitchen comes fully equiped. From silverware to pots and pans and more. It has an over the stove microwave, double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwaher, gas stove, and oven.

Price Information
The rate is $100 per night, plus the mandatory 13% sales tax, and $65 clean fee.
Pool heating is available if required, at $25 per day extra = min. 3 days.
We do require, a fully refundable, damage deposit of $250, which is held until your satisfactory departure inspection.
