Our villa is located on the prestigious Lake Berkley resort which has the benefit of 24 hour manned security gates to ensure a high level of privacy. Lake Berkley is built around natural lakes and has many communal facilities, ie tennis courts, volleyball, large pool and gym. Lake Berkley is two minutes from the Irlo Bronson Highway (known as the 192) and is no more than 10 minutes drive from the main Disney Parks and is well located to reach all the other major attractions. Close to Medieval Times, a 24 hour Wal Mart, shopping malls, designer outlets and restaurants makes Lake Berkley an excellent location to spend a holiday. Our villa is on a corner plot and the pool area faces directly south and so benefits from all day sunshine. It has four large bedrooms, the master has a king sized bed and ensuite facilities, bedroom two has queen sized bed, the other two bedroom both have two twin beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a further full bathroom. The villa benefits from full airconditioning and warm air heating. The open plan lounge and dining areas have plenty of seating and comforable sofas with large screen cable TV, DVD and video with a stereo with CD and cassette player. A full kitchen includes dishwasher, large cooker, fridge and microwave and has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa also has a games room with air hockey and darts. All towels and bed linen are supplied as is an iron and ironboard and hairdryer.
