The apartment is facing the sea. There is next to the property the 4 stars hotel of Paul do Mar where you might take advantage of their facilities in case you wish. In Calheta village there is an artificial yellow sand beach to enjoy the sunshine.

Price Information
€250 per week We would to ask you kindly to make a deposit of 20% of the rental rate to secure your reservation and the remainder is due to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
When your booking is made within less than 6 weeks of your arrival, the complete payment is required and it is non-refundable.
The deposit can only be reimbursed when the cancellation of your reservation is made until 90 days prior to your arrival, otherwise, there is no place for reimbursement. It is your responsability to ensure acknowledgement of your cancellation is received in good time.
In order to be protected from our policy of cancellations and reservations and to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend you to subscribe the travel insurance provided by the web sites.
We request to our guests to check out until 10:00 and the property will be available for the check in from 15:00 onwards.
