The villa has a large high ceiling lving room,with a well equipped kitchen,and relaxing living area,and there is a covered dining terrace for romantic dinners. There are two good sized bedrooms with large wardrobes and air conditioning,and the rooms will be well prepared with linen sheets on request . There is a good sized bathroom ,and towels will be supplied.The shower is excellent pressure. The kitchen is supplied with large fridge freezer and six ring cooker hob and plenty of worktop area. The property will be rented short term with a cleaner and gardener/pool person.And long term lets can negotiate terms. The short term,one week rentals ,start at $US 750,00 per week (staff included) The long term lets are $US1.650,00 per month,including staff and the management costs ,but electricity and gas will be charged separately.
