Hidden away in Gascony, Castelnau d’Arbieu is a charming hilltop village dating to before the 11th Century. Its dominating position  offers splendid views over the quiet and peaceful rhythm of the surrounding  rural life.   The house is built from the local stone and has been renovated with its traditional ambiance: the ceilings have exposed beams, many  doors and windows have their openings with apparent stone and every room is comfortably furnished in a traditional style. The focus of the house is the pretty south facing terrace, which offers wonderful panoramic views towards the Chain of the Pyrénées. Here you can barbecue and dine while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. A large open plan living and dining area  with fully fitted kitchen opens out onto the half-roofed terrace. Below the terrace are the garden and a charming pool (7.1m x 3.7m) with a great view.
