The apartment is located on Cumbre del Sol, a beautiful hillside development near Moraira. It features a large private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views - as far as Ibiza on a clear day.
 
The apartment is newly refurbished. The shared infinity pool is just one minute's walk away. 
 
Split over two floors, the lower floor has: Master bedroom with superking sized bed (180x200cm). Second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm). Spacious bathroom with bath and shower. 
 
Upstairs you will find: A large open plan living and dining area. Private terrace with sun loungers and comfortable seating. Fully equipped kitchen. Third bedroom with king sized bed (160x200cm). Second bathroom with bath and shower. 
 
For a good night's sleep, all bedrooms have blackout curtains, pocket sprung mattresses and high quality linens. Total space: 109 square metres with 20 square metre terrace. 
 
Nearest supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, restaurant: 4 minute drive. Nearest beach: 8 minute drive. 
 
We provide hand towels, bath towels and beach towels for all guests. There is a large high definition television with all the main European channels. 
 
The apartment has fast wifi (fibre broadband). For remote workers, a workstation (small desk and office chair) is provided. 
 
For young children, travel cot, cot sheets, high chair, baby bath and other equipment is available on request. 
 
A car is recommended. There is good parking outside the property. Each block has dedicated parking spaces. Please note there are a number of steps from the parking to the apartment.
