Private, beautiful Villa all for yourself @calaoasis In the safe and quiet urbanisation Balcon al Mar, you will find our holiday villa, perfect for families. Parties, loud music, etc. are not allowed. Please read carefully through the rules.10 minutes walk from the lighthouse and 5-10 minutes drive from the three most beautiful bays in Javea (Granadella, Ambolo & La Barraca). Nearby you will find a small supermarket and otherwise plenty of peace and quiet. The sandy beach "El Arenal" is 10 minutes by car and our historic old town 15 minutes by car. No public transport! Taxi Service is possible.

Bedrooms details ROOM DESCRIPTION & LAYOUT: The rooms are nice & cozy, as is the open living area. Outside on the terrace & in the garden there is plenty of space to relax & unwind. The area is very quiet and invites you to feel good. Room layout: Master bedroom in the tower - access via stairs. 3 bedrooms on the first floor: - 2 single beds, shared bathroom - 1 double bed, shared bathroom - 1 double bed en-suite Apartment (attached to the house & without kitchen) with separate entrance from the garden: - spacious entrance/living area - double bed en-suite - Note: the room height is about 1,89 meters KITCHEN & BARBECUE AREA: The kitchen is small but has plenty of storage and everything you need. Outside there is a barbecue area, with sink and a place to prepare food (no extra stove).
Living Areas The salon is large, bright and open space and also acts as an entrance area to the house. There is a TV. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and has wide windows to the naja (terrace).
Kitchen The kitchen is small but intelligently designed so that there is a lot of storage and cooking space. There is one big fridge with freezer.

Price Information Travel cots and high chairs can be booked extra for 25€/item.
