Lovely apartment in one of Tenby's most significant houses, located approximately 200 metres from Tenby's Historic Town Wall, Beach and Harbour.
The entrance is into the hallway and into the kitchen / dining room which has a range of fully fitted solid oak shaker style units, electric double oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer (washing machine combined with tumble dryer), large fridge/freezer and a microwave oven.  The dining area has a round dining table with 4 chairs.  The sitting room has a two sofas, an armchairs, nest of tables, TV with FreeSat, Video and DVD and a CD player.  Free access to superfast unlimited Fibre Optic Wifi.  A range of DVDs, CDs and books are provided for guests to borrow.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, desk with chair, TV and an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.  Bedroom 2 has two single “zip'n'link” 3' beds which can convert to a superking size bed if required (please state your preference at the time of booking), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.  The adjacent family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.  Bedlinen and towels are included.  Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is full mains gas central heating throughout the property and lovely chestnut flooring throughout.  A cot and highchair are available on request.  There is parking for one car adjacent to the property and more spaces available if required in the nearby public car park.
Please note that the property is accessed via an iron staircase so not suitable for people with impaired mobility.
