There is full mains gas central heating throughout the property and lovely chestnut flooring throughout.  A cot and highchair are available on request.  There is parking for one car adjacent to the property and more spaces available if required in the nearby public car park.
Please note that the property is accessed via an iron staircase so not suitable for people with impaired mobility.
