The villa has two floors. From the pool area, lounge and terraces as well as many of the bedrooms you have breathtaking views of the port, the old town, the Arenal, Benitachell, Calpe and Ibiza (on a clear day). Entry from the ground level is via a staircase or via the Otis lift. On the lower floor is the stunning infinity pool with ample spacious terraces. Patio doors open into a small lounge area, with comfortable seating and a mini kitchen with a drinks fridge, sink and microwave. Also here is a shower room. At the end of the hallway on this level are two bedrooms. One is a twin, with beautiful views out to sea, and the other is a spacious double with room for a cot and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a wet room style shower. This bedroom also has double doors onto the swimming pool area, and stunning views.Interior stairs lead up to the second floor. Here there is a beautiful open plan lounge/ dining area which benefits from a large wall mounted TV with satellite package which includes sports channels. The whole of  the upper floor is lined with windows and patio doors. Outside features a large covered naya and open terraces with dining area. The upper terrace and the swimming pool terrace are fitted with shade sails allowing the choice of sun or shade. The modern kitchen is off the lounge are and is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave as well as the usual appliances. On this floor there are three further bedrooms, one spacious double with a super-king size bed, large en-suite shower room and doors onto the terrace. There is a smaller double bedroom , also with doors onto the terrace and the third bedroom has twin beds . On this floor there are two further bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. All the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. The villa is about a 20 minute walk to the old town or to the port where there are many bars and restaurants. You can walk along the promenade to the Arenal sandy beach, a further 20 minutes away. Taxis are numerous and very reasonably priced, and the Mercadona supermarket will deliver you order made online or in the store.
